Each piece of All-Clad cookware features a unique metal bonding construction. Cop-R-Chef cookware combines an easy-to-care-for, highly polished cooking surface of 18/10 stainless steel that is stick and corrosion-resistant with a thick core of three separate layers of aluminum.

The aluminum core retains heat and evenly distributes it along the bottom and up the sidewalls of the utensil. Cop-R-Chef's extra thick copper exterior offers the look of a sophisticated piece of equipment, while the stainless steel interior adds practicality by not discoloring or retaining cooking odors. Unlike traditional copper cookware, All-Clad's Cop-R-Chef never needs re-tinning and is manufactured with a lifetime guarantee.
