All-Clad Copper Core Collection — All-Clad's Copper-Core™ series combines the high efficiencies of copper and the durability and low maintenance of stainless steel into one beautifully crafted design. At the heart of this design is a core of pure copper, which runs along the bottom and up the sidewalls. The copper core allows for rapid, even heating with no hot spots, and the easy-to-clean, stainless steel cooking surface resists sticking. Rolled edges help prevent dripping when transferring contents and also provide a perfect fit with lids to help lock in flavor and heat. Permanently attached with stainless steel rivets, the long, stay-cool, stainless steel handle provides excellent balance. Like the interior, the stainless steel exterior is stick-resistant and easy to clean.

The Copper-Core collection is not recommended for dishwasher use.

All-Clad Copper Core 7-Piece Cookware Set — This seven-piece set of Copper Core cookware consists of a 10-inch fry pan, a 2-quart saucepan with lid, a 3-quart sauté pan with lid, and an 8-quart stockpot with lid. Polished 18/10 stainless-steel pan and lid handles are riveted for strength and grooved on the top for comfort. The lids' handles, the pans' long handles (holed for hanging on a hook or peg), and the stockpot's loop handles stay cool on the stovetop but won't be harmed by an oven's heat.
