All-Clad LTD Collection — One of the most popular of the five All-Clad cookware collections, LTD features the contemporary styling of a dark, anodized aluminum exterior. Each piece of All-Clad cookware features a unique metal bonding construction. All-Clad LTD combines an easy-to-care-for, highly polished cooking surface of 18/10 stainless steel that is stick and corrosion-resistant with a thick core of aluminum. The aluminum core retains heat and evenly distributes it along the bottom and up the sidewalls of the utensil.

LTD cookware's anodized aluminum exterior offers today's cook the best of two worlds: the beauty of a charcoal black, hardcoat exterior contrasted with a gleaming stainless steel interior. Unlike utensils that are anodized inside and out, food can be stored in an LTD pot or pan and will not react with its surface. Offering a lifetime of pleasure and professional-style cooking results, the anodized exterior of All-Clad LTD will not scratch, chip or peel. The company's signature "stay-cool" stainless steel long handles, and lids — fashioned from gleaming 18/10 stainless steel — are attached with stainless steel rivets.
