Baum Brothers Imports has forged a proud reputation as providers of tableware and giftware to suit a variety of tastes, designed for today's tradition-minded consumer. Baum Brothers Imports is a division of the privately held corporation, which has a sixty-year history as designers, manufacturers, importers and distributors of numerous consumer products. They began importing European glassware and dinnerware around 1953. They operate under the following names: Baum Bros. Imports, Essex Manufacturing, and Crossroads Accessories. Their corporate offices and showrooms are located in New York's Empire State Building.

Many of Baum Brothers' tableware lines are produced under the private label "Home Trends" for Wal-Mart, and Target's private line featuring the Target trademark bullseye next to the word "Home."
