Thanks! I received my book in the mail. I never knew you could make so many different recipes in the microwave. This book is for anyone that owns a microwave and wants to used for more then just heating and cooking frozen dinners. Since there's two of us, I guess I would just double the recipe when I want to make enough for two.

[Yes, you can easily double the recipes in the book by simply doubling the ingredients. As it says in the Timing section on page 10, “In general, when doubling a recipe, double the cooking time; exceptions are noted in the recipes.”]
