accented with locally made andouille sausage together
with sautéed onions, Swiss, and cheddar cheeses. |

Stuffed Portabella Mushroom — A sautéed
portabella mushroom cap stuffed with heirloom Berkshire
pork sausage, blanched spinach, and grated Parmesan, in
a fire roasted tomato coulis made with fresh shallots,
garlic, and basil. |

Lobster & Scallops Hollandaise Appetizer — A half Maine lobster tail (out
of the shell) nestled in a flaky puff pasty with
succulent Maine-coast sea scallops and finished with our
creamy Hollandaise sauce. |

combination of plump shrimp accompanied by our own
cocktail sauce made with chili sauce, horseradish, and
real lemon juice with a separate packet of hot sauce for

dumplings) topped with shredded carrots and leeks in a
creamy pesto sauce made with basil, aged Parmesan
cheese, garlic, and just a hint of nutmeg. |

quiche made with mild Swiss, sharp cheddar and

served with a blend of julienned carrots, straw
mushrooms, celery and snap peas with a delicate olive

spring rolls made with carrots, celery, and peppers
together with three vegetable dumplings filled with
shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, served with two dipping
sauces, Thai coconut curry and soy-ginger. |
