Le Creuset Bijou Premium Stoneware
Beautifully crafted in heirloom styling with vibrant jewel-toned exteriors, the premium line
of Bijou stoneware by Le Creuset is designed to be durable enough for frequent use. The stoneware works great for
refrigerating or freezing prepared recipes; moves easily to the oven, broiler, or microwave for baking; and can be
brought to the table for use as a stunning serving piece suitable for formal and casual meals. In addition, the
stoneware's simple-to-clean enameled surface resists scratching, chipping, cracking, and staining, plus it's
nonporous so it won't absorb moisture, odors, or flavors.
The Bijou Premium Stoneware collection has been discontinued by Le Creuset. The collection
consisted of the following pieces in Pearl White, Peridot Green, Sapphire Blue, and Ruby Red.
