Lenox British Colonial Shutter Collection — Introduced in 2003. Designed by renowned muralist Chuck Fischer, the British Colonial collection dazzles with island charm. Colonial Shutter is inspired by architectural elements. In the islands, window shutters provide protection against raging tropical storms. Here, these architectural elements provide inspiration for a unique place setting. Designer Chuck Fischer depicts the shutters' uniform slats in calming moss green against its 24-karat gold rim. British Colonial is dishwasher-safe. Surprisingly, in spite of the gold rim, it was specially created to be microwave-safe.
