Microwave Cooking for One by Marie T SmithShopping for Microwave Safe Dinnerware
Spode ErmineSpode's Ermine was produced in at least 16 different versions. The earliest version, was first produced around 1852. There is a pattern in blue dating from about 1932. There is also a pattern in black with pattern number dating form 1954. The embossment at the edge of Ermine is often called egg and tongue. You may be able to date the ware exactly by looking for date marks. These take the form of a letter over a two-digit number impressed into the clay, such as J over 33, which would be January 1933. These marks were used from about 1870 until the 1960s. You can still add to your collection of Spode Ermine. Just monitor this page on a weekly basis for new listings.
