Trudeau Tirra Stainless-Steel Spiral-Shaft 16-Ounce Milk Frother
— Ideal for making lattes, cappuccinos, or hot
chocolates, this milk frother features a stainless-steel spiral
shaft. Its extraordinary swivel action creates a thick, rich
froth. A frothing spoon helps ensure the tool's smooth, fast
operation. |

Trudeau Tirra 32-Ounce Coffee Press
— Brew potent, French-pressed coffee without
messy clean up thanks to this clever coffee press from Trudeau.
With most French presses, the plunger is pushed down on grinds
after adding hot water. With the Tirra Coffee Press however,
Trudeau reverses this traditional brewing process. Users insert
the plunger an inch deep into the coffee carafe and spoon coffee
grinds on top of the filter. Pressing the plunger down into the
carafe, hot water is poured through an opening in the lid to
brew coffee. Users pull the plunger up gradually until it clicks
into the lid, securing grinds for easy deposit into the trash
can or compost pile. The 32-ounce carafe’s tempered glass
construction resists high temperatures, while its chrome satin
finish adds sleek style. A wide handle provides a comfortable
grip, and a spoon is included to scoop coffee grinds . |

Trudeau Tirra 16-Ounce Coffee Press
— Java aficionados know that the most
aromatic and full-bodied coffee comes from a French press.
Unlike a filter, the pressing process squeezes out coffee
grounds, while leaving behind the flavorful oils and tiny solids
that give the finished brew richness and subtlety. Trudeau’s
Tirra press is made from high-heat glass rather than plastic
(which can produce off tastes). A stainless steel design, matte
accents, and whimsically-curved, easy-to grip handle looks
stylish in the kitchen or at the table. To use the Tirra press,
begin with coarse ground coffee (one tablespoon per four-ounce
cup), and add water just off the boil. Let it rest for five
minutes, gently press down on the plunger--et voila. This
space-efficient press makes 16 ounces or 4 cups of coffee at a
time. Realistically, that's two to three after-dinner-sized
servings, or one jumbo morning mug. |
