Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove minced garlic or ½ tsp. garlic powder
1 small jar salsa or picante sauce
flour tortillas
Toppings: Sour Cream, Grated Cheddar Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Guacamole

1.	Place chicken, red pepper, green pepper, onion and garlic in Tupperware Microsteamer, and stir. Add salsa to mixture and stir. Cover.
2.	Cover and microwave 8 minutes (_____) at 80% power.
3.	Stir, making sure to bring chicken from center to the outside. Microwave and additional 5 minutes (_____) at 80% power, or until chicken is no longer pink when cut.
4.	Place rolled up tortillas in colander and microwave 1 minute (_____) at 100% power.
5.	Serve chicken mixture over tortillas. Add toppings to taste.
