Please send the recipe for microwave peanut brittle for more than one person. I don't thing the recipe would work just doubling or tripling the ingredients.

Yes, you can double or triple the recipe. Just double or triple the cooking times too. That's the beauty of Microwave Cooking for One. It's near to impossible to take a recipe for four and divide it by four and get good results. However, you can take a recipe for one and multiply it by four to get great results.
If, however, you are still not comfortable with this solution. I've surfed the net and found some more microwave recipes for peanut brittle. I hope this helps.
