It just so happens that I own a
NordicWare Omelet Pan and saved the package with the instructions on it. This is what it says:
BASIC OMELETE
2 - 4 eggs
2 Tbsp. water (or milk)
TOPPING SUGGESTIONS
Grated cheese
Sliced mushrooms
Diced tomato
Pepper
Chopped onion
Chopped green pepper
Chopped parsley
Lightly beat together eggs and water (or milk). Pour half the mixture into each compartment of omelet pan. Place open omelet pan in the microwave, and cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until eggs are partially set. Stir from outside to inside, then arrange toppings over each half, and continue to cook on medium until eggs are set. Flip Omelet Pan over to fold in half. Gently slide omelet onto a plate and serve immediately.
