Where can I find Menu-ette Skillet? It is mentioned in your recipe for Chicken Parmesan.

I am aware of the difficulty in finding the Menu-ette products. This is because CorningWare quit manufacturing them. I have addressed this problem in full at Menu-ette Skillets, and offer possible solutions. Basically, it is not the "Brand" of the utensil that is important, but the size and shape. There are photos of the Menu-ettes available at this page.
