At long last I've found the cookbook I've been seeking for quite some time. 'Am an elderly person living alone and depend a lot on the microwave to fix some of my meals but in a limited manner as I don't know how to cook just for myself. Fortunately and, after long surfing periods of time, the Good Lord appears to have blessed me by putting your Microwave Cooking For One right by my fingertips.
I spent much additional time going through the various pages of the book's site and decided that this is the book for me. So I ordered it on the net from Amazon.
