SteAM.E Teakettles by Dansk

Michael Graves takes the traditional "chef's hat" profile of the teakettle and gives it a modern interpretation in his SteAM.E line. The result is an updated classic, perfect for any kitchen décor, from conservative to contemporary. These kettles reflect Michael Graves' keen sense of design — and attention to functional details. The kettle's wide base heats faster, so you won't have to wait as long for the proverbial pot to boil. Its whistle cap is red to indicate "hot," and the kettle has a large lid opening, making it easy to clean. Available in Stainless Steel, Charcoal, Blue or White. Not safe for use in the microwave.

Dansk SteAM.E Teakettles were produced from 2004 to 2006. If you need replacement or additional pieces for your collection of Dansk SteAM.E, monitor this page on a weekly basis for new listings.

Eventually, your item should show up for sale.

When it comes to finding Dansk that is difficult to find in stores near you, one of your best resources for acquiring the items you want are sites like Amazon, Etsy, Replacements and eBay, where there are a lot of wonderful finds still in the original boxes. We all receive those odd items as gifts that we have no need for and never use. Yet, one person's junk could be exactly the treasure you want.

Please Note: Almost all Dansk is safe for use in the microwave. There are a few patterns with gold or platinum decorations that should not be used in a microwave because microwaves can not pass through metal. If in doubt, use this simple test: Is this Utensil Safe for the Microwave?
