Holiday Traditions Available Directly from Mikasa — Originally produced from 2007 to 2008, Mikasa Holiday Traditions was brought back by popular demand in 2012. Create a natural holiday table that transcends the caprice of fashion with this timeless Holiday Traditions pattern. Celebrating the pointed green leaves and jewel-red berries of the holly bush, each white china piece is covered in branching vines that curl and arch in a pretty, organic arrangement. A complementary red-and-white chain design forms a geometric yet delicate border banding, while the pattern's accent plate adds a bold burst of color with a variation on the holly theme in tonal crimson. Classic, simple shaping and gold edges finish each piece with luxurious elegance that suits formal and celebratory dining beautifully. The gold trim precludes microwave use, but the china does go safely into the dishwasher at low temperatures. For the very best results, Mikasa recommends washing by hand to preserve the gleaming luster of Holiday Traditions over time.
