Something Borrowed Fine China by Mikasa

Something Borrowed celebrates the wedding tradition handed down through the ages. Bouquets and vines adorn the rims of the collection, differing slightly from piece to piece. Soft colors add interest, and platinum touches on the inner and outer rim create a rich feel. A five-piece place setting of Mikasa Something Borrowed includes: 10¾-inch dinner plate, 8½-inch salad plate, 7-inch bread & butter plate and 9-ounce tea cup and 6¼-inch saucer. Hand wash only. The platinum rim on this pattern makes it not safe for use in the microwave.

Something Borrowed was produced from 2012 to 2013. If you need replacement or additional pieces for your collection of Mikasa Something Borrowed, monitor this page on a weekly basis for new listings.

When it comes to finding Mikasa that is difficult to find in stores near you, one of your best resources for acquiring the items you want are sites like Amazon, Etsy, Replacements and eBay, where there are a lot of wonderful finds still in the original boxes. We all receive those odd items as gifts that we have no need for and never use. Yet, one person's junk could be exactly the treasure you want.

Please Note: Not all Mikasa is safe for use in the microwave. Patterns with gold or platinum decorations should not be used in a microwave because microwaves can not pass through metal. If in doubt, use this simple test: Is this Utensil Safe for the Microwave?
