Royal Doulton Caprice is the name of two discontinued patterns. One is a microwave safe pattern featuring pink flowers on an octagonal shape and trimmed in green that was produced from 1988 to 1998. Royal Doulton Caprice (H4950) features a blue band arond a floral decorative center, trimmed in platinum that was produced from 1956 to 1959. The platinum trim on this pattern means it is not safe for use in the microwave.
