Royal Doulton Platine Fine China by Monique Lhuillier

Inspired by the stitching details of world-renowned fashion designer Monique Lhuillier's incredible bridal gowns, the Platine Collection for Royal Doulton transfers her design inspirations into a new medium; fine bone china dinnerware characterized by elegance and grace. This collection is rendered in fine, white bone china and decorated with beautifully banded polished platinum accents and a raised stitching motif on the rim. All pieces carry the Royal Doulton stamp and most are safe in the dishwasher on low temperatures. The platinum trim on this pattern means it is not safe for use in the microwave.

Royal Doulton Platine was produced from 2010 to 2011. If you need replacement or additional pieces for your collection of Royal Doulton Platine, monitor this page on a weekly basis for new listings.

When it comes to finding Royal Doulton that is difficult to find in stores near you, one of your best resources for acquiring the items you want are sites like Amazon, Etsy, Replacements and eBay, where there are a lot of wonderful finds still in the original boxes. We all receive those odd items as gifts that we have no need for and never use. Yet, one person's junk could be exactly the treasure you want.

Please Note: Not all Royal Doulton is safe for use in the microwave. Patterns with gold or platinum decorations around the rim should not be used in your microwave because microwaves can not pass through metal. If in doubt, use this simple test: Is this Utensil Safe for the Microwave?

I am thrilled! There are many more recipes then I expected. I am very excited since my husband often works late and I end up with sandwiches rather then making myself something to eat.. —Barbara Andersen, New York
